TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the usage of the Tourism By registering, participating, or booking any tour, the member (“User”) agrees to abide by all rules mentioned below.

1. Tour Advance – Non-Refundable
1.1. All tour advances paid by the User are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
1.2. Tour advances cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any bank account.

2. Tour Wallet Usage Policy
2.1. Amount accumulated in the Tour Wallet can be used only for booking Domestic or International tour packages.
2.2. Tour Wallet balance can be used exclusively by the User and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents).
2.3. Tour Wallet funds cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards, or used for non-travel purposes.

3. PAN Card Limit – One PAN Allows 6 IDs
3.1. A single PAN card can be used to create a maximum of six (6) IDs within the platform.
3.2. Any attempt to create more than 6 IDs with the same PAN may result in suspension of extra IDs.

4. Tour Approval Timeline
4.1. Domestic Tours: Booking approval must be applied minimum 60 days before the travel date.
4.2. International Tours: Booking approval must be applied minimum 90 days before the travel date.
4.3. Approvals are subject to availability, documentation accuracy, and company policies.

5. Options to Increase Tour Fund
5.1. Users have two ways to increase their Tour Wallet balance:
Option A – Monthly Advances
Users may add monthly advance payments to build balance for future trips.
Monthly advances are also non-refundable.
Option B – Earned Income
Users will receive 10% of all platform earnings (reference income, level income, rewards, etc.) automatically credited to their Tour Wallet.
This percentage is predefined and cannot be changed by the User.

6. Additional Terms & Company Rights
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify tour prices, availability, or itineraries at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of ID/PAN rules may lead to account suspension or cancellation.
6.3. Users are responsible for providing accurate documents for travel (passport, visa, ID proof, etc.). The company is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect documentation.
6.4. In case of government restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances, tours may be
postponed. Refunds will not be provided, but the amount may be adjusted as per company policy.
6.5. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office location.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the platform, participating in earning programs, or booking any tour, I hereby agree that I have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions without exception.
